Respawn Gaming LTD was a business myself and a long time friend built together from very little.
Using our combined knowledge on PC Gaming & Building we wanted to centre the business on High End Bespoke PC's for Gamers & Enthusiasts

Challenge
Neither of us had ran a business at this point and only had some experience in supervisor & management roles - Mostly in the Catering / Culinary industry.
Both of us working full time and myself finishing a degree in VFX & Concept Design it was a challenge to get initially set up and find the time to sit down together and plan ahead.
My background in events & exhibitions enabled us to expand and get out name known fairly quickly, becoming known to other major builders and manufacturers such as Overclockers, Scan, and manufacturers such as Thermaltake. There are a few factors that stopped us driving this to the desired scale but one of the major disadvantages was timing our start up with the major boom in general consumers buying up GPU's for Crypto mining.
Learned Alot
Myself and my business partner learned a great deal during our time running Respawn Gaming LTD, including new modding techniques. Logistics and accounts.
We wanted to go all out and made sure we did a lot from scratch, including making custom braided cables and developing relationships with local CNC & AquaJet cutting businesses.
Events
We exhibited at Insomia / Multiplay Gaming Festival on multiple occasions and even made the trip to Glasgow for Resonate.
One of the greatest achievements I feel I made during this time was the level of networking, Respawn Gaming may not be trading anymore, but the relationships and contacts I made during its life have stuck with me and granted so many opportunities even to this day.
Companies such as G2A & Multiplay themselves were making serious enquiries into our bespoke builds. Wanting to create High end systems with their branding as a feature. From colours to Cut Vinyl graphics and CNC work.
